Where we come from

BAOWATT was born in Girona in 2017, out of hands-on work in the cultural and live events sector, with a team and a network of professionals that grows year after year.

How we work

We step in wherever the project needs us, in Catalonia and beyond: from a full production to reinforcing a team, preparing a tour or solving one specific part of the logistics.

At BAOWATT every project has its own shape. We look at what it needs, bring in the right people and resources, and take care of both the end result and the whole path that makes it possible.

Culture

We come from culture and we work so that things happen with meaning: concerts, festivals, performing arts, fairs and projects that bring people together.

Technology

Technical work is not just equipment. It is understanding what each space, each team, each element and each moment needs so that everything works when it has to.

Sustainability

We do not see sustainability as a label, but as a way of reviewing how we produce, how we use resources and what decisions we make on each project.

Presence

Our work usually happens before the audience arrives. It shows in the details, the routes, the get-ins and the small decisions that make everything fit.

Community

Taking everyone into account and involving the people who come to our events: not as mere spectators, but as active participants. Working well means listening and looking after relationships.
