Are you preparing a tour? From Girona, we support artists, managers and booking agencies with tour production, technical coordination, tour management and on-the-road logistics, from the first dates to the day-to-day of the tour.

We know a tour is not just a series of concerts, it is a chain of technical, logistical and human decisions that has to work every day across venues, festivals, riders, schedules, transport, accommodation, local crews and last-minute changes.

We work on that chain throughout the run. We are good at coordinating, supporting and solving, so the team can focus on the stage and on the artistic project. We work from Girona and support routes across Catalonia and the rest of Spain, but also further afield: we have taken artists on tour through Europe, North America and Latin America.

We have our own vehicles, which strengthens our ability to deliver: the BaoRent vans(opens in a new window).

Technical production

We follow the pre-production and make sure the rider and the technical needs of every date are met.

What it includes

Technical production: following the pre-production and making sure the rider and the technical needs are met.
Rider writing: on new tours we can take part in writing the rider.

Logistics production

We move gear, crew and band, coordinate the teams and prepare the day sheets.

What it includes

Transport logistics: moving the gear and also the crew and the band, always looking for the most efficient and affordable solution.
Building and coordinating crews: if the tour needs extra people, we have a network of specialised professionals around us who can cover many of the roles a tour calls for.
Gear rental management: once the rider is set, if the band needs to rent gear we open up our suppliers to find the best fit.
Day sheets: with all the advancing done, we write the day sheets and coordinate the different teams.
Artistic production: following the pre-production and making sure the hospitality needs are met.
Storage service: we have space to store gear so the logistics keep moving.

Financial production

Cost forecasting, expense control and payment methods for the tour.

What it includes

Budget proposal: our experience has let us build a database to forecast the cost of a tour very accurately.
Expense control: we can take on the full invoicing of every show, categorising it and issuing a single invoice per show.
Bank cards: we have a system to equip bands with debit cards for expenses on the road.
